Frustration does not begin to explain how i feel

I am beyond disappointed at VW right now , I could sell my car and never even look back . I took my car to VW Midrand and at first I complained about their car wash or lack of and now they did not reset my car after service , now it's telling me that I need to get my car inspected after 25 days when I already did that last month . The service manager is not even remorseful and I am sure in his mind this is not a big deal but it's a real inconvenience for me because I leave work late and now I have to use my time telling people how to do their work. I also have an employer I report to and I have no extra capacity to be interfering in VW business . I suggest everyone be given training on after sales service because it's definitely not existent at VW
