********** VW Automotion plans sold to the public

To all people buying a vw with a full Automotion plan please be aware of the following:-

They only cover the vehicle up 100 000km. Service intervals are done @ 15km. So what happens on 105 000? You pay for the full service, but why? You paid for a plan for up to 100 000km so you should only be paying for the 5000km as the other 10000km was paid for already. But if you book the car for the last 100 000km they refuse to do the service.

This is actually ***** as you should only be paying 30% of the 105 000km service because the other 10000km was covered by the plan.

VW know best right? It should be serviced every 15 000km So they knew when they sold the plan to you they already saved money on the last service because you will be paying for the full service.

Typical just like they committed ***** on they emission scandal!

Hopefully my laweyrs will rectify this for every one that bought these plans ‭
