Hope you are well, I'm not!

On the 14th of May, I sent in an application for a VW Polo comfortline 2019 with all the extras(Sunroof and Active Info Display) everything I wanted and I would be trading my car in as well which was not running and he said I would be offered 70 for my car and they would cover the shortfall and add it on the car. The Person named Azhar( ) that works at the VW in Braamfontein was the one I was in contact with to get the car. Went in viewed the car and everything and everything seemed to be on track until 48h later where he contacted me and said to me that my application had been declined and I accepted and asked him how what I the reason and then he told me i have a listing and then told me its not an issue he would talk to the finance department and sort it out and I said oh okay thank.

A few hours later he called me and said they would sort it out for 7500 and I was skeptical and said to them I don't have the money and then he said to me he would talk to the person that deals with such cases and he seemed honest and I mean its at the official VW dealership what could go wrong? He called me and told me whatever little I have will get the process moving and once approved I would have to pay the rest so I then proceeded and went to the VW and gave him 2000 and the "Process" then proceeded I asked for a receipt and he said to me I would get it electronically.

A week then went no receipt no car, two weeks went and still nothing so I would call and he would tell me they are busy with it till last week when I went to the VW and I was told he no longer works the and He then said to me that he forgot to tell me that he doesn't work there anymore and that I would get my money back and has since been promising ill have my money as the finance department at VW has not returned the money to him. And now my question is how on earth VW hired an individual like this I've spent an entire month without a car and struggling to work all because of this individual and I am sure I am not the first to be ****med by this gentleman and it seems like he had been working for VW for a very long time... all I want is my money back so I can fix my car.
