Went to Strijdom Park VW on Monday 31 January to take my card for a service. They informed me that my service information would be stored digitally on system however when I checked with Cresta VW today there is no such information on system. Rudy worked on my car and assured me that all my service information would be stored on system. My aircon and brakes also not working Rudy said I will need a quote to fix. I find it strange that they didn't fix any of these things on my car as I have a 5 year motor plan. An oil change is not a service? Also all the petrol in my car used. Had no petrol o the way home. Not sure if this is gender bias because I am a woman they think I am stupid and don't know about my car. Shody service.
