For experience with VW AND its vehicle

I am the once proud owner of a VW Golf TSI 2011 model. My car up until this point has 42000km on the odometer. A relatively low mileage given its model. During that time I have had 2x piston failure leading to low compression in the vehicles. The first incident happened after 2 years of using it and the 2nd incident in September of this year. Most recently I had my battery replaced somehow had a dead cell and lead to my vehicle being taken into VW Claremont to have the battery and power unit checked. They assured me after testing that the fault in the car had been the battery- two sets of batteries which somehow had a dead cell. I got my car back on Friday the 12th October 2015. Today my car refused to start again after only 3 days of being out the shop and an assurance that it will not given the same problem again.<br> <br> 3x my car has had problems that is related to manufacturing and servicing on VW's part. Not once have I been offered a courtesy car or any form of compensation for my troubles and transportation costs. Beyond that even after repairs have been made the vehicle needs to return for the same problem, at VW Claremont/ Kennilworth. I have lost faith in VW as a brand...
