Flooded VW - UP

Our vehicle got towed in to Barons Bellville on the 30th of April. The car was flooded with water(came through under dashboard)On the 11 May 2018 they contacted us saying the car under warranty and will be ready on the 18th of May....They cant give us a courtesy vehicle as they dont have any available,its a month now and still no car and still no courtesy vehicle available.They waiting on sealer from germany and drying carpets .VW this is totally unacceptable!!!!
