Flawed vehicle and no resolution

Absolutely shocked that I purchased a brand new vehicle in July 2014 and since then have had to take my vehicle in 4 times for a manufacturing fault with the interface and Bluetooth. My vehicle has now been at VW Silver Oaks dealership for 8 weeks (on the 4th occasion) with no resolution and now when promised exchange/replacement could occur, I am still waiting and paying for a vehicle which I have not used in 2015. Not happy and VW don't seem to show any urgency in getting this sorted out.<br> <br> 8 months of ownership and paying and my vehicle has been at the dealer for over a quarter of that time !
