First-time car buyer gets raw deal - No benevolent attributes to their clients from VW Cape Town

Being a first-time car buyer in my household, i opted to purchase my first car through a reputable dealership. What i am currently faced with, is an ordeal i would not wish upon my worst enemy. My story begins where i purchased a pre-owned vehicle via Mastercars from VW Cape Town. With low milage, full service history and a price i could afford it was a done deal. 8 months after making use of the vehicle, water starts disappearing from the vehicles water bottle. Sending my car in to resolve the problem, it turns out my head gaskit blew. Battling for several weeks as to whose going to settle the bill, a settlement is agreed between myself and the policy holders with whom i have taken the extended motor plan with and a week there after i have my car back in my possession. Approximately a month passes by and the same problem surfaces, only this time after several tests being executed, i am informed that the work shop technicians cannot locate the water leak once again and are of the opinion that it could be the water bottle. This time my motor plan covered the expense of the replaced part and i receive my vehicle days after the repairwork is executed. One month later, the same problem that persisted in the beginning has once again resurfaced and this time im appalled at the service i have been receiving from the dealership as i have spent thousands of rands out of my savings to get my vehicle back on the road only to be told that the water leak cannot be detected but they are coming up with alternative scenarios as to what the problem "could be". My vehicle is currently with the dealership where i have been informed that the results show no leak or loss of water on the system. The workshop technicians are to come to some sort of analysis possibly by Monday and they will divulge this information with me once a decision has been made, which personally sounds like these people have no clue what they doing. I refuse to accept any assumptions as to where the problem lies as to me this is utterly unprofessional and to think that VW strives on providing their valued customers with sound mind that they will look after their clients, personally that is a marketing ploy which does not get put to use at this dealership. I will be further elaborating my story on social media platforms so that i can prevent any future first time car buyer from NOT purchasing this particular vehicle from this exact dealership to avoid my precise demons that i am currently enduring.
