Finance Application Forms

Good morning, <br> <br> Would you please help me to resolve this: I wanted to buy a car while shopping around I get into VW Bronkhorstspruit asking for a Polo Vivo about installment that I can pay if I were to buy it, the salesman asked me to fill finance application forms to see if I qualify that's how he could know the installment.<br> I filled the forms and the following day he told me I qualify I could pay round about 3, 800 including what I said I require as the car comes without alarm system and park assistant. He sent me a message telling me he's ordering the car I doubted it and I called him to say can't you wait a bit and he said no.<br> Now I've decided not to go with this purchase he's saying no he made a special order because that car is automatic I can't say I'm not going on with the purchase because I've signed 'otp' I don't know what's that otp. So now he say I'm forced to buy it. Am I really forced to by this car even if I'm not happy?<br> <br> If I signed that \otp"I didn't know about it he didn't explain to me"
