Festive Alone

My problem started 19/12/2015 when my car died. Had AA deliver my car to VW Hatfiled braam (so called rated number 1 service). My car was delivered Monday 20/12/15. It was dropped around 9am which when i called i was told no car has been delivered on a flatbed however they will let me know once the car comes in. That got me concerned because AA had confirmed that the car was delivered to VW Hatfiled braam at 9am. I called again around 2pm to check if VW had received my car and reception even claimed that she would go check for it herself and would give me a call in a few minutes even though I insisted on waiting on the line 2hours later with no communication from VW. I called again to find and I was told they about to close and they will give me a call next morning 22/12/15. On the morning of 22/12/15 I waited to to see if they would call knowing they open at 7am. 10am I made the call because clearly I was not on their list of priority. I called reception and she starting ducking and diving with her story and told me that there is alot of cars in for services (which i agreed with her) however all i asked was to check if the car was received!... there is more car only returned 2016
