FED UP AND FRUSTRATED

<p>I am sitting at Constantia VW where my husband's car was booked for brake replacements (warning light) he purchased the car 2 years ago frim Booysens VW (Sue Naike )and a 100 percent maintaine plan added on </p> <p>.My husband confirmed yesterday with the Heather at the VW from financial customer complaints who works for Andre Rhoodie , she confirmed all was fine WELL we have been her from 8 it's now 10.25 and my husband is told the policy is cancelled !!!!!! He has cancelled a lawyers meeting , we have wasted 3.5 hours !!!!!! Monique from Constantia was great , Booysens pulled through for us , I WILL NEVER BUY A VW PRODUCT AGAIIN ! Sue has left but what a '**** up she left' and it appears the one hand doesn't know what the other is doing !!!!!!!!!! Nithian what a waste of a bum in a seat .</p>
