FAULTY WIPERS

I brought in my car to get a service in March, the service lady asked to get my wipers replaced and I agreed. As I was driving home, I noticed that the wipers would smudge when wiping off the windows...I was meant to call the branch, but decided to let it slip as we do not get much rain in Mthatha. Every time I wipe something off the windows it will still smudge as of day one when the wipers were supposedly replaced with new ones. I am utterly disappointed in the service and hope that I wasn't given used wipers by your branch. I've had my car for 3years and I just changed the wipers on its 3rd birthday, the old ones worked better than the ones your branch installed and I never changed them in 3 years and now wipers I've only had for 4months are faulty and have been since I got them.
