FAULTY PRODUCT

I'm very disappointed at VW as I know them to be a brand of quality. I bought my vehicle on the 9/12/2016 brand new and within a year this car was already at wear and tear stage.it is not the fist time I'm purchasing a vehicle at Vw my last purchase my vehicle started to wear and tear after 3 years and now comparing the 2 cars it does not make sense. I have a 45km warranty and the vehicle is at 31km the breaks and the disc and suspension are already faulty, the doors are making a squealing sound when opening the rubber surrounding the radio and aircon system is loose. I don't think they gave me a brand new car at point of sale really worried about my family safety.
