FAULTY NEW CAR!!

bought a new VW polo TSi 2019 in August. after I've driven it +-4000 km it started making squeaky noise and they keep on insisting on that I keep driving until they come up with a solution to the problem. How on earth do you expect a paying customer to drive a car that is faulty? that's a risk on one's life and I would not risk it that way. Worst of all they don't want to put it on paper or at least send an email saying the car is safe to drive and to me this proves that they know that anything can happen and they dont want to be held liable.
