Faulty Golf 7 GTI
I have in numerous occasions complained about a Golf 7 GTI that I bought brand new from the Polokwane VW in 2013

The car has had a recurring coolant system and related problems. They just cant seem to fix the problem. They have attempted to fix this problem over 6 times in less than 2 years from the delivery date. The car broke down again. Now I believe that I have been sold a faulty car.

My warranty expires in July 2016, which is less than a year from now. My intentions were to keep the car, hence I contributed A R100k deposit towards bank finance. If I terminate the contract, I will loose my deposit.

Once my warranty expires, it is clear that I will be left in the cold. I will be expected to spend lots of money from my pocket.

The Dealership has failed to assist me. They promised to swap the car with a product of a similar value and type, i.e same year model and similar mileage. This has never happened, they keep on claiming that they cannot source out a replacement car.

VWSA keeps on telling me that their obligation is to repair the goods, as stipulated in their warranty terms. No one wants to take responsibility for selling me a faulty car and replace the goods.
