Faulty Clutch, Brand new Polo Vivo, Every year

I bought a VW Polo Vivo in 2013 December. I drove it for 7 months, and in June 2014, in the middle of Highway, the car just gave up on me. It just dropped the speed and could not engage any gears, and had high revs. I reported it and I towed the car to the dealership at my own costs, I received the most pathetic service at VW Menlyn dealership, I was not attended to for 3 hours, I had to report the matter to VWSA and Hello Peter. It was only then they attended me, and they threatened me that if this clutch is burnt, it would only be my fault and I will pay R6200 for it. I agreed because I didn't know what to do. In 3 weeks after that, I was refunded R2600 in my bank account. Now the car has the same problem in 12months after the clutch replacement. I drive two cars, one is for my little brother, Renault Sandero, bought same year, it never had such problems. I ask myself how can this be my driving behavior then. VWSA has to admit on their faults and cover such costs. This is becoming a habit, and I did not sign for such. Now I am facing them pushing the problem to say it is my driving style. How do I prove them that this is not the case. I feel abused by VW in this manner
