Faulty Airbags

I bought a VW Polo 1.6 Comfortline, 2011 Model from the Benoni Dealership. Registration Number: BF66MWGP. This vehicle was financed through Standard Bank initially but was paid in full and had only had about 84598kms on the clock at the time of my accident. The vehicle was purchased with a Service Plan/ Maintenance Plan and WAP. The Vehicle had recently been in for its last service at the VW Krugersdorp Service Centre. This vehicle was 5 years old with a full service history done only by a VW Dealership. On the 24th August 2016, I went out for the evening and on my way home the morning of the 25th August 2016, I had an accident and the vehicle rolled off the road into an open veld with lots of rocks and building rubble. The accident took place about 800m from the Laratong Hospital which is on the R41 road or better known as Main Reef Road. I was travelling towards Randfontein from Roodepoort; my destination was home, 37 kingfisher Ave, Helikonpark, Randfontein. After the accident the vehicle was towed by Help 24 with instruction from Outsurance and I was taken to Krugersdorp Private Hospital for medical assistance. A few days later I was told there would be an investigation done by my insurer. lindsay Saker Krugersdrop sent VW Techicians to the vehicle at SMD to investigate the airbags that did not deploy, the Technicians were there twice according to Dia the Owner of SMD. My vehicle was written off by Outsurance, Policy No: OT ********** 8 and Claim No ********** 78.The Accident report number is AR 78/08/216 and is at Kagiso SAPS..The reason for my complaint is that even though the car had rolled four times none of the air-bags deployed in the vehicle. I sustained some injuries, especially to my head, legs and hands. I was wearing my safety belt but it too caused terrible injury to my neck. After the investigation the vehicle was sold on auction to MR David Emeka ********** 089 or ********** 713. The diagnostic protocol dated 14.09.2016, fault finding report at VW Krugersdorp confirmed fault. There is evidence from Takata, manufacturers of the airbags reported there were faulty air bags and a recall was done. VW SA has been contacted in this matter and have decided that they are going to turn a bind eye to the report of the faulty airbags and the safety of the vehicle, with all the evidence given to them VW SA decided to close the matter due to there own reasons. I am a single mother, i was alone when i had my accident. I survived, however, there is someone driving the car today who is in terrible danger of the airbags not deplying should there be an accident. Please this is serious, there is alot of evidence and internet articles confirming the airbags being faulty. I am begging VW SA to look closer at this matter as i will not stop telling my story until VW SA hears my cries.
