Faulty 2022 VW Polo from VW Krugersdorp

From the very next day after the purchase of my 2022 VW Polo 1.0 Comfortline I had experienced issues with the vehicles braking system. To date (24 August 2022) since 11 May 2022 the vehicle has been in and out of the workshop 8 times trying to fix the same issue. I lodged complaints to the dealership itself, VW South Africa as well as Motor Ombuds but VW does not want to refund the purchase and cancel the deal. My claim has been verified and proves there is a legitimate issue on this vehicle yet VW insists on repairing the vehicle. I made my intentions clear on returning the vehicle and requesting for the refund to take place the very first week after purchase but VW yet again did not adhere to the request. Despite the issues with the vehicle the service offered by the dealership was pathetic.
