Faults on Golf 7 tsi clutch

I got my golf 7 tsi in April of 2014. At the 15000km service I told the service agent that the gears sounded funny. They couldn't find anything wrong. When I sent it back at 30000km I told them my car was over revving when I changed gears and they test drove it and said nothing was wrong. The problem got progressively worse so at about 36000km I sent it back to vw and told them to please fix my car. I left my car there for 1 week. At the end of the week all they did was confirm there was a problem. Apparently they didn't open up the clutch because they need the car for 2 weeks to do that. So a month later I booked my car in for 2 weeks. After a week of having my car they call back to tell me they \adjusted linkages"and my car is fine now. So I asked them why didn't u open up the clutch? And they said there was no need to. 3 weeks later I was stuck on the side of the N3 highway because the clutch was completely out. 39000km and 16 months old..... my golf 7 tsi had to have a clutch repaired. I may be a female driver but I am far from the stereotype. I've been driving vw's all my life and I know that this is not normal! To replace the clutch costs R12000. """
