Fault Shock on my 1year Old VW Amarok

After taking my Amarok into Mooi Street VW for Faulty shocks (where I purchased the vehicle New) the dealer informs me they can't accept the test results I have brought them for the faulty shocks and this,after the vehicle stood by them the entire day. I was told they need to take the vehicle to Sandton Audi as they are the only dealer in SA that performs a shock test. They also want to compare my Vehicle to a brand new Amarok, why is this don't they have specs or standards the Amarok's should meet? Seems VW branches are not equipped to test vehicle they sell. I will also let you know all 4 shocks have failed and this now puts me in a unsafe vehicle. What confuses me is Tyre Mart where I test my vehicle gets used by VW Clearwater as a test facility, while i was testing my vehicle, VW brought in a Polo with faulty shocks. I have escalated this to VW SA and after 8 days, still no resolution on the matter and also no updates. <br> I also have an extended motor plan that cost me R25k over and above to cover any unforeseen problem that may come up. I have also never taken my vehicle 4x4 so how can shocks fail after 13 months?<br> I am very disappointed as I changed brands from Toyota, disgusted
