Fault on Golf6 TSI

Vehicle will not be repaired as per Barons VW due to a memo out by VW SA .Rowdiness of vehicle due to faulty clutch or Releaser Bearing. the noise stops when you press the clutch in. No feedback and response from VWSA. Poor communication. Vehicle on Motor Plan with 44000kms.
