False promises Volkswagen Finance

Volkswagen Finance offered an online Service to renew Car Licence. Normal price is R720 but Volkswagen charged me R919 to renew. I app**** on 24th December 2020 and today 12tb January 2021 still haven't received my Licence. Volkswagen wants to prevent Covid-19 but all the stress of not having my Licence will definitely kill me. They refusing to refund me as well, going personally is best as we'll receive our Licence immediately. Very disappointed with Volkswagen Renew Car Licence as I still didn't receive my disc.
