False marketing

I took a car finance with VW Bellville on the 30-11-23 and I was told within the next 2 day I will receive a new contract with a staff rate. 7 days later I called in to find out about the rate change the consultant told me the system will pick it up and change the rate. Jan came and I was debited the full amount and I again called in to have this sort out and i was told a different story that the person who did my application doesn’t work for VW therefore they can’t change the rate into a staff rate which is very confusing because even so the car is still finance by VW. I’m must say I’m very disappointed this is my 3rd buying from them I have never seen such a disgusting service it’s been 3 months going back and forth try to have this sorted, I have sent numerous emails to team leaders and nobody is getting back to me and their consultants that don’t seem to know what they are doing.
