False Car Service

After having my cars 60 000km's service done at 53000km's I have now had 3 of my shock absorbers fail on me. After requesting the job card from Darron Fortes, whom I have still not heard back from. I managed to contact the service manager Scott who sent me the job card. To my alarming surprise nothing on the job card had been ticked as checked. Did the service even happen? I was then informed that the shocks were not check and I have this in writing. Surely at a 60 000km major service the shocks should be checked from a safety perspective.

I am extremely unhappy and am going to fight to have this service re done or at least have my shocks replaced at the cost of VW Claremont.
