False Advertising Volkswagen Klerksdorp

Shocked to find out that Klersksdorp volkswagen South Africa advertises their major service for R2199 but when I booked for a service the lady informed me that it will cost me between R3500 and R4000. I consider this false advertising and I hope someone addresses this urgently!
