Failure to follow-up on customer query

Initially customer service sufficed, however I needed an answer on the availability of a part. I spoke to a consultant named Siya, who ensured me VW has a 2 day turnaround time to get back to us. Once the 2 days lapsed, I was informed I'd get a response in the next 2 business days. I've given grace and an additional 3 days have lapsed.

I just want an answer, I'm not asking for a divine intervention or a miracle. I called multiple times today and each time, "the consultant is on a call she'll get back to you." Since 9 o'clock this morning, its end of business today.
