Extremely upset customer

<p>I am extremely upset with vw at this very moment<br />I have just been to Alpine vw to fetch my vehicle after it has been looked at due to the engine noise and oil consumption<br />I was attended to by Craig Lindsey who told me what was being done to the car to try and resolve the problem and I was happy with that he then told us the service manager would like to have a word with us<br />The manager showed us pictures of the springs after he had wiped it and I do apologise for the Mistake on our part accusing vw of changing the springs<br />After that he told us that due to the fact that the rims have been changed to 17 inch <br />The headlights are xenons<br />The fog lights are after market<br />The suspension is lowered <br />Our warrantee has a possibility of being cancelled <br />This morning junaid from the service department told us we can only go 2 sizes up with rims we only went up by 1 to 17 inch then he says the profile of the try is incorrect and now the service manager totally contradicts what was said by stating the rims are not vw approved so who is correct???<br />Firstly when we purchased the vehicle it was already lowered and even with the original 16 inch rims it had the vibration ,it had xenons and hid lights <br />It is only now because we are having an issue with the engine you guys are picking on all these petty things which was never an issue when The car came in for a service and the other previous issues so your'll are looking for every excuse to cancel our warranty and not be accountable for the fact that the engine is an issue <br />The manual specifically states that the warranty does not cover claims attributed to the specific part or item if it is not vw approved<br />We are having an issue with the engine this has had no performance enhancements or any other work done to it for it not to be covered why are the other things being picked on<br />Our rim is sc****d and when we showed this to the manager he said he cannot take responsibility for that it's an old sc****<br />The entire vehicle was inspected this morning and the guy even said to me the rims are in great shape then I signed the checklist so now who will compensate me for this damage <br />Because I made a big fuss about the sc**** the manager told me now there will certainly be no warrantee on this car because of how I am speaking to him treating us like kids<br />How the hell do you guys do business and treat customers <br />Every single thing i complained about was not sorted out and there was always an excuse for each thing.<br />I have really had enough of This **** and will definitely not advise anyone to deal with vw ever<br />You guys just look for even the smallest problem which shouldn't even be a problem just to shy away from repairing major faults on the vehicle because it will cost you money</p>
