Extremely poor products and poor service

<p>I am really disgusted with the quality of VW product and the service.<br />I have a VW touran (VIN WVGZZZ1TZBW014477). This car has only 45000 km on and is about 5 years old and has had a service every year. 6 months ago the egr broke and I had to pay 12000 rand. Now driving to pretoria from cape town the ECU broke. After a week at silveroaks VW they have not even ordered the replacement part!!!!!! I need to get back to cape town. <br />I will never buy any VAG car again and will advice all my friend, family and colleagues to stay away from this brand.<br />This is ridiculous. This ECU will cost me most likely 20000 rand. So much for german enginering.</p>
