Extremely pathetic service from VW constantia

Three days ago I was driving to work when my low water level light cameo on my vehicle. I monitored the temperature and it remained stable in the normal position. I opened the heater valve and immediately steam was released from the vents. Being a mechanical engineer I realized that the heater radiator or associated pipework had a problem. I closed the heater valve and continued to drive to work. I let the car cool down at work and topped up the reservoir. That afternoon, about 5km from work the light came on again. I stopped at VW to book in my vehicle where the service advisor advised me that the wiring on the vivo’s are substandard and that is most likely the problem. I felt a bit taken in the face as the vehicle was losing water and that has nothing to do with wiring. (What a way to sell your brand btw…) The next morning, I received a call from VW to inform me that they replaced the water bottle and they are bleeding the system. They would inform me when I can collect my vehicle. The day went by with no response and I decided to phone at 15:30, only to be informed that the heater radiator is leaking and the have ordered the part. Ok, the vehicle will be ready tomorrow. Today I phone at 12, after hearing nothing from VW, only to be informed that they are still awaiting parts and no further work has been carried out. But in the same breath I am encouraged to collect my vehicle as I can drive it, with the leak, only relying on a plastic heater valve to prevent catastrophic damage to my engine. That took it over the top. I went to VW, where the service manager, with a clear lack of knowledge of mechanics tried to explain that it takes 2 days to replace a reservoir tank only to realize the client was right about the heater radiator. All he could offer was a loan car, of which I was extremely grateful, but regrettably they do not have one available. I still don’t know when I will receive my vehicle.
