Extremely Bad Customer Service

I ordered parts from Volkswagen Benoni some few weeks ago.

i had to follow up with the sales person all the time, i never received a call to inform me on the progress of my order. After receiving a written quotation from sales the part eventually arrived but not at the price I was quoted. Sales person tells me they cannot take the loss and if i want it i will have to pay the higher price.

I have received a quotation and in return quoted my customer.
