Extras for my Car

Good day,<br> <br> On June 2014 i bought a car at VWSA in Arcedia, I told the dealer not to include extras as it will affect me on my monthly payments. After a year i notice that they had included extras and when i consulted them (VWSA) they told me that the extras do not affect my monthly payment which is not true. Till today i am still complaining and hoping i would get help.<br> <br> kind regards,<br> Themba
