<p>I have experienced excellent, outsanding service from the VW Midrand Team.</p> <p> </p> <p>15 September I contacted & spoke to one of your sales executives (Solly) , I told him my requirements , that I needed. A polo TSI with extras such as sunroof , electric windows, Bluetooth radio fitted.</p> <p>He responded the exact same day with images of a polo that met my requirements with extras included such as reverse camera , Touch screen Bluetooth ,USB , Card media, Colour screen, all 4 windows electric , spot light detection, multi-purpose steering, 2016 Model 7800Kilos on the clock, which is an outstanding bargain.</p> <p> </p> <p>He proceeded in contacting all finance houses, which one of them is Standard Bank as I am a staff member of SB, to enable getting staff rate on my deal, The process with Standard Bank to longer than expected whereby Solly took it upon himself to finance me through VW as he was determined in getting me this great offer.</p> <p> </p> <p>The next day he sent me all documents required and I from my side completed it, He assisted in organising tracker & Insurance in a step by step manner as this is my first purchase of a vehicle.</p> <p> </p> <p>In a matter of 2days Solly gave me a call to advise that my deal is approved an I am able to collect my car, I got there everything was ready and organised, I had no problems or hick-ups regarding the deal. The process , the car & the deal was perfect, and I am more than happy with the service that has been delivered, VW Midrand great company, with excellent staff such as ‘Solly Meloa’</p> <p> </p> <p>He continues to call / email asking if I am still happy with the car & have I experienced any problems, which I have not – Value staff members such as this and your company will continue to reach beyond expectations customer service.</p> <p> </p> <p>WELL DONE!!!!!!!</p> <p> </p>
