Execellent service Kim

There was an issue with getting authorization for my vehicle and Kim tried her best to get it sorted no matter who she had to call and how long it took. This is excellent service and VW is lucky to have such a dedicated employee. Keep it up Kim and thank you for your willingness and all your effort
