Excessive charges for a simple service

I don't know if it's just my ignorance, but took my Volkswagen Vivo for its first (15000km) service. Oil change and oil filter replacement R2000? This feels like **************** to me. Could not have taken more than 20min to do, charging me R825 for labor?? Definitely not a satisfied customer
