Exception Service

I would like to compliment Fabian from VW Hatfield Bryanston for the outstanding service i received today. For the past 10 years i have been dealing with VW, but never did i once receive service like today 12/04/2016. Fabian needs to be acknowledged and awarded for exceeding customer expectations and for that i will always want him to be my Service consultant when ever i visit VW Bryanston.<br> <br> He is definitely as asset and a true ambassador to the VW Group.<br> <br> Warm regards<br> Shriveen
