Excellent service in VW King Williams Town

I would like to thank Xolani who works at VW in King Williams Town for his excellent service. He went the extra mile and came to check if I was in a safe place as he was worried about my safety because I was waiting for a locksmith to unlock my car and it was getting dark.

This happened on the 14 August 2020, and still today I still remember the good job he did because someone else would have just gave me the VW assist number and left me there but because I was a lady and stuck in a dangerous side of town at night, he made sure that I was safe. Ndiyabonga
