Excellent, professional and friendly service

After many dissapointments in Brackenfell, Cape Town decided to stick to the real thing and take my VW Golf5 for major service to West Cape Volkswagen, 102 van Riebeeck Road, Kuilsriver. Hennie assured me that they strive for best service but still had my doubts as car service is not currently the most honest trade. Fact. I would like to report back that everything went smooth from checking in, to collection. I was updated with progress in a professional matter and in writing. It's only a day later but I haven't picked up any strange noises as with previous dealerships not being the true VW service centre. I will not be misled again by going to other dealerships who also guarantee true workmanship on VW. If you drive a VW, stick to your true VW service provider. Not negotiable. Or end up being penny wise pound foolish. Thank you Hennie and every person who worked on my vehicle. Some faith restored on my side.
