EXCELLENT CUSTOMER CUSTOMER SERVICE

These past couple of weeks I have been having hell with my VW polo, I had been going back and forth to Lindsay Saker ( 4 times in total) because my airbag sensor light refused to go off and the car was consuming more petrol than it normally does. Each and every time that I had taken it to Lindsay saker in Mooi street they had assured me that there was nothing wrong with the airbags and that my fuel pump needed to be replaced which was going to cost me R5000. Eventually I had gotten fed up and had called VW Bryanston, they made a booking for this morning and had me bring the car in. I was assisted by Kreason who called me around 12 to let me know the car was about to be checked out. An hour later her called me again saying that there is a problem with the airbag switch that needed to be replaced and there was nothing wrong with the fuel pump, everything just needed to be reset. I will never again even bother going to another VW, I had received excellent customer service and VW Bryanston actually dropped me off at my place of work. Mooi street offered to drop me off at he Gautrain! VW Bryanston I commend you for your excellent customer service and thank you Kreason for all your help
