everything all round is terrible

My car came in for a service at 45 000 km and the break pads where making a funny sound they then convinced me to 5 are the car as they had cleaned it and it was fine after some time the noise continued and they called for a review I rated them low and the consultant claimed that the brunch would call me back to fix this my car is now in for 60 000 km and no one ever called to fix this mess if I will never in my life buy another vw again their services are the worst ever!!!!
