Ermelo VW damaged my car water pump and now they want me to pay for it.

<p>On the 30th of March 2016, i took my car (vw polo comfortline 2010, Reg no. HJN838MP) to vw in ermelo for a major service (60000km). When i got my car back from vw i noticed a small funny sound from the engine but i thought it was nothing major since i know nothing about technical stuff and the sound went quite subsequently. The very same sound came back again, i started to worry and when i took the car to vw they told me it's a water pump problem. VW Ermelo was the last dealer to touch and service my car engine, yet when i tell them to fix my car, they told me they were going to charge me R2943.48 to fix the car, hence i am writing this review thereof.</p>
