EPC LIGHT GOING ON AND CAR GOES INTO LIMP MODE

I bought a polo 9 TSI 15 March 2022 at VW The Glen. In May 2022 the EPC light goes on and off and the car goes into limp mode, 13500km I took the car back to VW The Glen, they said it was an error and they cleared it. Not even a week the EPC light goes on again and the 26th Sept 2022 I take the car back and they say it's a upgrade that needs to be done on the car and they need to get the software from VW south africa. Today is the 17 of October 2022 and no word from them. Today I took it upon myself to call and I spoke to Ingrid and she told me she will get the manager to call me back to my surprise the service consultant calls me Charnel. Nazeem and Sugan called me and wants to give me a polo vivo but only tomorrow afternoon and it's manual. I don't drive manual. I drive to midrand everyday with a car that will breakdown anytime. I asked them if they would be happy if they bought a brand new car and they have all these problems. I am really disappointed with the service I got from VW The Glen.
