Endless problems with Polo GTI From NEW, no joy anymore

<p>Good day to you</p> <p> </p> <p>I purchased the new Polo GTI brand new at the VW The Glen, late last year (2015).</p> <p>The Vehicle started giving me problem with the breaks around 3000km, making a bad sqeak.</p> <p>I report this to the Glen VW and they said it was just dust from the breaks. I should check it on my next service which was 15000km service.</p> <p>I booked my car in and informed them about the problems with the breaks sqeeking again they checked???? and it was dust...</p> <p>and it still squeaking noise...when i breaked.</p> <p>On 30000km service they still checked and it was not fixed. I currently have a maintenance plan for my car and they just left it...</p> <p> </p> <p>I got a sound recording of how bad the squesking was , i felt imbarress to drive the car. A new Polo GTI sounding like that...if the VW SA Manager or even better VW CEO SA would love to hear how nice his car was sounding i would gladly email or send it to them. too bad i cant upload the sound clip to this website.</p> <p> </p> <p>Around 40000km when they heard the sound clip, only then did they agreed to replace the breaks only around 40000km.... I got a maintenance plan and feel it was not been handled correctly,my maintenance plan was wasted. After they replaced the breaks (pads, disks, etc as they cleim) i started to get a funny noise when i turn the steering wheel to the right coming from the right wheel.</p> <p> </p> <p>On 45000km service my car was booked on a Monday, I reported the wierd noise when turn to the right. i dropped my car at VW GLEN around 8:00 that morning because of traffic , i got my car back Tuesday around 11 AM. When i got my car back they said they had to tighten the suppension for that noise....,and it is still making the noise when i turn to the right...and to add to that when i collected my car my arm rest top cover was broken and cigarette lighter stopped working water damage.</p> <p> </p> <p>NOW...becuase of the breaks and this funny sound of the wheel, i dont feel comfortable or that this car is reliable anymore. I bought this car for bussiness travell....and last week i had to use the compnay vehicle, instead of my own vehicle. I lost out in about apprx R10***0 expensive claim for travelling.</p> <p><br />This car does NOT bring me any JOY anymore, this car just irritates me evertime i drive,</p> <p>I feel this GTI needs to be repalced with NEW one, or i get something more realiable. I can take this anymore.</p> <p> </p> <p>Th sales service was excellent from start to finsh and i was readlly impressed with Paulina Khani patience and customer service.
