Empty Promises/Undelivered

Good day. We bought a caddy from Benoni Citi VW about 3 months back. We ask for a tow bar and carrier to be included in the sale and was not to be a problem according to them. Initially we waited about two weeks for the vehicle. After delivery we found everything except a carrier and tow bar. 4 weeks later they collected it for fitment. After returning no carrier still?? Another 4 weeks went past. They collected again for fitment. When it returned we found that the roof were scratched and it was not an approved VW carrier, in the mean time we were almost locked up and were forced to bride due to the caddy rental they gave us. Now about two three weeks back we were told that the person who sold it to us resigned and we have to pay for the tow bar and the carrier now and it was not included in the sale?? I don't understand? Then the person, Collin, started treating us very badly. Even in the start when complaining about the whole thing he did not care?? Really this is not exceptable and I feel that I will not pay the R10k for the things that is why I asked for it to be included in the sale. We are still waiting for a few other faults? What to do please?
