employees don't even know what is happening

I have bought my vw polo when ever it has been taken to a branch for a service there's a knock on either side of the front wheels wen taken to vw saker Midrand they said it's a wheel barring fixed it and. The problem occurs again taken it to be woodmead same story it's the wheel bearing get it fixed and the car still does that so it's either ur people don't know what is happening so nw I must keep on claiming for something that's not even the fault ur services suck and now I must drive a car knowing it will break down coz. The whole steering feels like it will collapse that's hw the car feels all u guys do is tighten the steering but it ****s up the whole steering column I would jus like to say I won't even by a vw again worst service from every branch Clearwater branch after taking it for service,the Jack and wheel spanner ****** I really give up u guys service is pathetic as a whole my car only has 65000km and it's already messed up nothing seems to get sorted it's seems clearly that url are out to grab every cent a person has I would like some1 from head office to contact me n sort out my car I'm sure u rather let people loose there lives then loose a cent.
