DSG clutches keep burning and need to be repalced

I purchased my Golf 6 TSI in August 2012 and had to have my clutches replaced on 11000km (September 2013) and 33000km (August 2015). On the second replacement I asked for a written cause of failure and I was told that it is because I sit in traffic (This was never advertised as a leisure car for weekends). I'm not sure VW has looked at the mileage each clutch pack has managed to cover (on average, 15000km). They have even been so kind as to give me advice on driving and fail to acknowledge that their design has not last a tenth of the mileage a normal clutch should. I have an old citi golf with 110000km and its clutch is fine which indicates that their new products are no longer reliable.<br> <br> I have written to VW head office about this as it is clearly a faulty vehicle and requested a manual vehicle replacement of equal comfort or my money back. My request was declined and VW has wrote back to giving me a training lesson on how to drive their automatic so it doesn't fall apart. This coincidently was not attached to the brochure when I was purchasing the vehicle.<br> <br> I am disgusted by their attitude to take responsibility for their inferior products which are being forced on consumers
