DROVE A CAR THAT COULD HAVE KILL ME BCAUSE OF VW

I took my car in 25/11/14 due to the fact that the car would just stop in the middle of the road while driving,i explained this to Willem, he did the service and told me that the batter terminal was loose and everything was back in order, I went on holiday in Dec so i did not utilise the car that much, on the 09/01/15 on my way back the car cut again,I called him and he said i should bring it back which i did and he told me that it was a relay problem and i should pay R1600 for the car to be fixed, i then asked as to why he did not see it in Nov as he was able to pick everything that was wrong including brakes which i fixed but he did not pick up the main problem i sent the car for, i then escalated to VW SA and they responded on the 30th of january saying that they will fix the car at no cost I booked the car in on the 05/02/2015 Willem confirmed that all is well, the car started to cut again this month and when i sent it back Willem said i should pay R600,i then asked for the jobs done in the car in Feb only to find out that they do not have them as nothing was done to the car, i drove to rivonia at 5am in order to get the car fixed and my car spent a day and nothing was done
