Driving my car for fixing VW Braamfontein messed it up

ON the 28 May my husband drove our Amarok to Braamfontein VW as it had a oil and engine light on. Upon arrival the car was diagnosed that it needs an oil pump by a technician called Michael, my husband agreed with Michael to change the oil pump. Then when my husband made a follow up on the progress he was told that Michael had resigned nobody bother to tell us anything about he's resignation. Then finally work began on our car the job card was given to Jameel who then asked my husband to sell him the car as is. The oil pump was fitted according to our knowledge but after that we were told that our car engine had ceased. Now there are many things the dealership did to us this is just a synopsis.
