DPF PROBLEMES ON AMAROK V6

i have so a probleme with my Amarok V6. it started +- on 30000km and the probleme is the diesel particulate filter (DPF). then the glow light comes on and you have no power and then a light that is a fault in the catalytic converter. so its been in and out so they can repair and fix it they have replaced the DPF filter and its still doing it. They have it all on record on how many times they've worked on it and even even the dealers service department follow instructions from head office... STILL NOT FIXED!!! . THE PROBLEM STILL REMAINS AND THE LADY AT HEAD OFFICE UITENHAGE IS ALSO A WEAR OF IT AND THEY JUST HAVE LOTS OF STORY ..... IF THE PROBLEM IS THERE STILL AFTER SO MANY TIMES ITS BEEN IN FOR REPAIRS ....THEN CLEARLY ITS A FACTORY PROBLEM.... ' I GOT MORE THAN 2 EMAILS OF OTHER PEOPLE COMPLAINING ABOUT THE SAME PROBLEMS.... WE ARE FRUSTRATED AND NEED THE PROBLEM SOLVED OR REPLACED...POOR SERVICE FORM HEAD OFFICE ...THE DEALERS HAS BEEN GREAT TRYING TO FIX IT AS THEY ARE JUST FOLLOWING THE ORDERS FROM HEAD OFFICE. WE NEED ANSWERS AND THE PROBLEM SOLVED ONES AND FOREVER -
