Double standards

Vw commercial Witbank, I've never been so disappointed in a brand like I am today. Car goes in for a service they do inspection on everything a week later my car looks like a Christmas tree asked them and tell me that cam belt needs to be changed, who needs to pay? me, because now my service plan does not cover cam belts. After phoning Vw SA nothing happens!! I will never recommend or buy a Vw in life ever again.
