Don't ever buy a VW

I would like to make it publicly know just how terrible Volkswagen after service is. After purchasing a vehicle in 2019 I have been told just over two years later that neither the service plan or warranty will be covering the manufacturing default which occurred with the vehicles breaks. After paying half a million Rands for a VW extending the service and warranty plan this is an absolute disgrace. I spoke employee's by the name of Janine and JD Horn who were of absolute no help what so ever. JD Horn even told me that she refuses to escalate my query and that she doesn't have a boss I can speak too. VW shod be ashamed to employ individuals like this
